All of our members have contributed the same amount of money
(albeit at different times) but some of the members show a
smaller # of units than the other members. Everything else
checks out as even. Why is this??

Jennifer, you answered your own question, because they paid in at different
times. On the payment screen, you select your club's official valuation
date to determine the value of the units purchased at that time. The
valuation actually changes daily, but most PA's call for one official date
each month to set unit values for that month's payments, and for
withdrawals. It is not necessary to try and keep all members contributing
the same amount, the software handles varying percentages in the club just
fine. Each person gets credit for the amount they paid, at the unit value
in effect when they paid it.
