I just got an AccountSync Summary from TD Ameritrade for an
"unhandled transaction". The note says "unhandled
transactions are brokerage activity which is not brought
into our bivio account." It goes on to say we should refer
to the brokerage statement and enter the transaction
manually, if required.

The "unhandled transaction" is as follows:

Adjustment / reversal to account
ADR FEES: -0.4

I'm not sure why our account is being charged the 40 cents,
and I don't know how to enter this info into Bivio manually.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
