the import process

the import process i have tried to import our books from Club Accounting 3 about a dozen times. the uploader redraws the page about every 20 seconds for over an hour but the account ends up with nothing in it. the club has 9 years of data to import and the .mdb file is about 2 megs. our trial period at bivio expired last may and the upload worked fine back then and the books were up-to-date at that time but the import process this time erased them before starting. i have export files (.icf) up until c.a.3 stopped doing it last june. i would consider manually entering 7 or 8 months of data but we can't start over, and we want all our investment records online if we're going to use bivio--even just to print our tax forms. is there something else i can try? i wrote support at bivio but got a reply that says we're really busy at the mo and will get back to you. Try telling bivio that you're importing CA2 (not CA3) data. Then direct it to the same CA3 .mdb file (bivio won't find it on it's own, you'll have to know where it is and navigate to it). > i have tried to import our books from Club Accounting 3 > about a dozen times. the uploader redraws the page about > every 20 seconds for over an hour but the account ends up > with nothing in it... -Jim Thomas ____________________________________________________________________________________ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
