Etana, The MD 510 is a fillable pdf, so you can fill out the whole thing before printing it.

Ira, I do have a question:

I had no trouble last year but this year I have a withdrawn member. I don't understand which figures to put in the "Distributive or pro rata share of income" box. If I use the year end percentage, the withdrawn member is 0, but she was paid out during the year, so she had a share for part of the year.
