For tax purposes:

All members get a copy of their own K-1. Members who withdrew also get a copy of their withdrawal report.

 

For club purposes:

Continuing members get copies of whichever reports you care to provide. You might want to provide a report of the member's contributions to the club for the year in addition to the routine monthly reports.

What year-end documents do we send to members who withdrew
in 2007?

We have the bivio list from Ira's StockCentral workshop
(Ira, this workshop is just wonderful, thank you so much!!!)

We are also printing out the Withdrawal report for each
member that took a withdrawal.

No member in the club took a withdrawal.
The withdrawing partners took full withdrawals.
