club_cafe: Re: yearly deposit
It's not a problem. It's just more work for you and not quite fair to them. There is no reason they shouldn't get credit as soon as they give you the check. One entry, not many.

Often my members are away for meetings when they are out of

The month before their departure they write a check for the
months they will be absent.  I deposit and credit them for
the month they give it to me.   Is there a problem with this
procedure.

The year's hottest artists on the red carpet at the Grammy Awards. AOL Music takes you there.
Just a clarification, please. I get their check and deposit
it into the broker account the month I receive it. They get
full credit at that time not on a month to month basis. OK?

That is right, Liz, enter as payment to buy units whatever you deposit from
a member. If it is a lump sum you deposit, enter all at once. If they give
you a handful of postdated checks, enter each one as deposited. I prefer
the first option. Gene
