I'm trying to clean up our club's securities. Our previous
treasurer entered each security purchase as a separate
security into CA3 - apparently to keep each lot distinct.
( e.g. WFC, WFC2, WFC3, ...) As our new treasurer, I've
moved us to Bivio. Now I want to clean this mess up by
moving the individual transactions into one security.

I tried to delete the activity in the unwanted securities
and reenter it into the single remaining security. (WFC from
WFC2, WFC3, ....) I made sure to use the exact dates and
amounts from the deleted transactions.
However, every time I do this the club's total units and
each memeber's units change. Why?! I can't figure out why
there would be any difference! Is there a better way?

I can't find any help on this topic. And I've been waiting
to hear back from bivio for the past two weeks!
Any suggestions?

We (customer support) can merge duplicate securities for
you. The oldest support request I can find from you was
from last Thursday. If you sent an email two weeks ago, I'm
afraid it didn't make it to us. Regardless, please accept
