If you filed Form 8893 last year, you have made the election and need to keep up with the requirements to keep the election in force or to end the election. If you did not make the election in the past, you do NOT want to do so now.

Not sure what this Tax Interview Questions is asking:

Consolidated Audit. Schedule B 4. Did the partnership file
Form 8893 for partnership-level tax treatment?

By default the box is checked, but I have no idea if it
really should be.

Also, any update on when CA Tax forms will be ready.
