You have everything you need for the IRS from bivio for a regular
investment club.

Certain states require you to fill out a tax form, too. We are
implementing CA, CO, NJ, NY, and PA state tax forms. These will be
released mid-February. If you are in another state, you will have to
fill out the forms yourself, if your state requires it.

It is now Feb 18th and I still do not see any link to do my
club's CA taxes. How much longer will it be??

We are awaiting approval from the California tax
authorities. No idea how much longer it will be.

Judi, Our club is in AZ so we do not have to wait on State Reports however,
I found the Fed Tax Reports were ready to roll and I have printed out our
Club's copies already.

Wish I could have been of more help but I do not know you or where you live.

I hope your first sentence was referring to the fact that bivio doesn't prepare the AZ-165 state tax return, not that you don't have to file a return in AZ.

Your hope is confirmed… Yes, Bivio does not prepare the AZ State Tax Return HOWEVER…

Yes, we DO and WILL file a return … Sorry – I should have made the time to send a clear statement.
