Good Evening--New to Bivio and am loading activity history

I have a merger between VIA.b and CBS where we originally
own 109 of Viacom and when the merger occured we retained 54
shares of Viacom and received 54 shares of CBS plus cash in
lieu of for the remaining fractional shares--When I enter
the merger the Via com shares completely disappear and only
the 54 shares of CBS remain--how do I enter this entry?
