I recently joined bivio with my club and I've entered No, they shouldn't. If some of your members paid fines, their paid in
should be higher than the others. However, if you just allocated the paid-in
amounts between payments and fines, their value should be lower than the others.

Actually they should because every one has excatly same same fees and fines. But i am getting 2 members with different valueation even though everything should be excatly the same for all. Pavel, if you have for every month using the same valuation date each month for each member entry posted the same to each person for both payment and fees, they would be the same, except for maybe a penny rounding difference. If some paid a fee and some did not, the ones who did would have a larger PIPE, but no difference in units, if the amount credited as member payment was the same. Do an edit of your member entries to be sure you have indeed used correct valuation dates, and identical amounts posted for each one in each category. What are these fees and fines for? If any of it is for club expenses, it would be more appropriate to post any extra funds collected as member payment, since posting of fees should just be for personal assessments, like a late charge, bounced check, or new member administration fee. Incidentally, you do not have to keep all members equal, which won't hold up as times go by and members come and go, or some pay at irregular times. It is not necessary, the software will appropriately track unit values and ownership percentages based on what has been posted for each person and when it was credited. It's hard to understand how all the members can have
exactly the same amount of fines, but, leaving that aside for a moment, if all
the fees are the same and all the payments are the same, the only thing that
could cause your difference, is if you used a different date for the valuation
to be used for some of the deposits.
