Does anybody knows how to reinvite a member. Their email
address was wrong during the first invite. They are a
existing member but I need to invite them so they can log on
for the first time.

Invites can be seen in the Administration > Invites page

When an invited member enters their username and joins the
online function of the club does their name no longer appear
on the invites list?

Correct. This can also happen if the invite expires -- no response
within four week.s
