Our Bivio balance differs from our TD Ameritrade balance by
a substantial amount.  The difference appears to relate to
our membership dues being counted twice.  Can anyone help us
correct this?

If you are using AccountSync, you should not be manually entering your membership dues. You should wait for them to appear in AccountSync as deposits at TDAmeritrade and then match them with the members.
