Our bivio site shows 340/400 transactions.

Transactions I understand relate to financial transactions
only and not files & messages.

What does the 400 refer to and what happens when it is
reached?

The 400 is price limit, that is, when you cross that number you
have to pay more. The vast majority of clubs do not cross this
limit.

If you hit 400, you have to pay us more money by upgrading
to ActivePartnership(tm). The term "active" in this name means
what it says. Clubs which have more than 400 transactions have
many more members than the average club or many more trades.
Or, perhaps, they have more transactions due to unnecessarily
complicated accounting, such as, maintaining accounts at more
than one financial institution.
