Loading Bivio
I began this process in August when IClub had run out and I
had to pay for the year to renew $59.99, and Jackie said
that it would come off the fee for Bivio. I proceeded
through the steps and got stuck and then emailed my problem
to support but did not get an answer. Then I called Jackie,
probably five times, and left messages but never got a
reply. I waited for our next club meeting to express my
displeasure and we decided to cancel Bivio. Chad convinced
me to try again so I started over. Now my problem lies in
the Download a free demo copy of CA 3 as they said my free
download time is up and I need to reregister, but everytime
I try they say I do not have a valid serial number. How do
I get past this step?

Just click Cancel and then follow the instructions on importing. You
may have click Cancel a couple of times.
