hi, i have a question concerning account sync. Exactly how If you use the "pennies" method, where each member has a unique penny
amount at the end of his/her deposit, then once you identify which penny amount
goes to which member, AccountSync remembers and allocates that deposit to the
appropriate member. Otherwise, you have to go into the member transactions and
associate each deposit with the member who made it.

Otherwise, you > have to go into the member transactions and associate each deposit > with the member who made it. Slightly incorrect. There are certain transactions which are unidentified debits and credits. These transactions need to be identified, and it is much easier than editing a transaction. Club officers get an email to the page that contains the unidentified debit/credit and you simply select from a pull down what type of transaction it is. The One Minute Treasurer(tm) documentation provides several examples: http://www.bivio.com/club_cafe/files/TheOneMinuteTreasurer.pdf Cheers, Rob |
