If you use the "pennies" method, where each member has a unique penny amount at the end of his/her deposit, then once you identify which penny amount goes to which member, AccountSync remembers and allocates that deposit to the appropriate member. Otherwise, you have to go into the member transactions and associate each deposit with the member who made it.

Slightly incorrect. There are certain transactions which are
unidentified debits and credits. These transactions need to be
identified, and it is much easier than editing a transaction. Club
officers get an email to the page that contains the unidentified
debit/credit and you simply select from a pull down what type of
transaction it is.
