Broker & Bivio show slightly different price per share for
05/31/07 Valuation Statement for 2 stocks.  Broker shows
42.288 and Bivio shows 42.2900 and other stock shows Broker
26.911 and Bivio shows 26.91.

Why did Bivio show a dfifferent price per share for this
month  on 2 stocks, other stocks show same price per share
on Broker and Bivio for all months of 2007.

I don't know how to change Bivio to match the Broker dollar
amount for these 2 stocks for the 05/31/2007 Valuation
Statement.

Stock prices often vary because there are different closing prices used by different sources. There is no need to get them to match. The critical things to compare between bivio and your broker/bank are the cash balances and the number of shares of each stock.
