Our club bought Jack Henry shares in April, 2007. Why does
the 9/21 dividend not show up as a qualified dividend? It
just shows up as a dividend.

There's a holding period on both sides of the ex-dividend date so you
can't identify it as a qualified dividend until that holding period is
over.

Just wait until the end of the year, and the bivio tax software will
automatically summarize and categorize all your dividends. You need
to review the list, but it's very easy to do.
