We had a sale of some shares of a stock and two dividends on
our Scottrade account.  The sale of stock was from an
account where we purchased the same stock on different
dates.  Is the sale based on FIFO?
Bivio is not showing these transactions in our account.

Unless you specified which shares were to be sold at the time of the trade and your broker confirmed receiving your instructions, you will use FIFO to calculate the gain on the sale.
