club_cafe: Error on Balance Sheet Report & Unit Differences

On the Balance Sheet Report there is an error in addition of
the "Total Investment (Cost Basis) " figure.  Also, the
units credited from bivio are not in agreement with the
units credited from CA3.  Has this happened to others?
I can't address the cost basis figures without seeing the two datasets, but units credited figures can vary between the two programs for a variety of reasons: 1) different valuation dates were used for determining the unit value; 2) slightly different prices were used for the stock prices on the valuation date, or 3) very slightly different amounts may be the result of different calculation/rounding algorithms.

Thank you for your prompt reply to my email. I am still
confused as to the reason for the great difference between
the two systems. For example, CA3 lists total units as of
9/14/07 as 1,620.580218, while bivio gives total units as of
9/14/07 as 1,620.287022.

With regards to the cost basis of our stocks, the numbers
are as follows:
4483.74+4698.80+4427.09+4004.99+2226.63+2261.39 which totals
22,102.64. Bivio lists the total as 22,096.43. It is a
small difference, but is confusing.

Are those the cost basis figures shown on the *bivio*
balance sheet report? If not, the real problem may be that
the cost basis figures recorded in bivio and those recorded
in CA3 aren't the same.

Jim -

Those are the figures recorded on bivio and CA3.
