Hello -

Would someone please provide me a play by play of how-to
shutdown/closeout an investment club via bivio, and all the
other steps needed to file for tax purposes, too?

I have already liquidated the portfolio and I just need the
proper functions to Withdraw all 4 members and what needs to
be done and when it needs to be reported to the IRS for
taxes.

One question:

What about misc dividends that may or may not come in after
the shutdown? How are those treated? TAX and Members?

Hey Chris,

Until Rob or someone gets back to you....

There's a "Getting Started" manual on the bivio homepage (left menu) that
probably covers all aspects of this program. I'd check that out. Also,
since you are so far away from the end of the year, can you just wait until
the final dividends come in before closing the club? I remember what a pain
that was having more broker statements appear after closing the last club.
I made a mental note to wait for the remaining dividends.
