I thought I followed all the instructions, but The
Stockettes Investment Club still is not public. When I log
out, it is not on the list.

I did NOT make a web page; it seemed other clubs only had
the file list, and that's what I'd be happy with for
now...Here's what I did:

1.a club officer must select Allow Public Access under
Administration > Tools; the form requires the officer to
enter the club's state and country. The officer must enter
their bivio password (I did all this)

2. Once a file or message is marked Public, click the Apply
Changes, button on the bottom of the page (I did this)

What did I miss?

Hi Etana,

What list?

The files for the Stockettes Investment Club are in fact
public. If I search bivio for Stockettes, it tells me where
your Files page is located, and I can access all of them,
even though I'm not a Stockettes member. So, I'm not sure
why you think the club "is not public."

I think Etana is referring to the Public Directory of Clubs on the bivio
homepage. It's not there. I believe they have to add it manually. I also
can't access it via www.bivio.com/stockettes either.

All clubs are automatically added. We do have some filters. Email
support@bivio.com if your club is not showing up, and someone will
help you.

http://www.bivio.com/pub/clubs
Look under "T" for "The Stockettes Investment Club".

The club URL is
