If I may make a different suggestion, why not just change your PA to allow a $25 minimum and a $50 (or some other value) max contribution? There is no reason to have all partners putting in the same amount. This is how our club does it. We have partners making $50 contributions and members making $200 contributions and it works fine. We also have had members bump their contributions down during lean times and resume later.

Maximum flexibility and the units-based accounting handles it wonderfully.
