3rd post here with no respose
Its been a week and a half since I got an accountsync
update. I initially contacted bivio support and was told
they were short handed during the week of the 4th. I need
this fixed- it seemed to happen at the same time I changed
my email address at bivio and ameritrade. Can someone please
help? Extremely frustrated after 3 emails and a phone call
with nobody on the other end. Tom Kelly.

I'm sorry you're frustrated. There was a ticker symbol change in your
account which is confusing AccountSync. AccountSync stops updating
when it is confused, rather than simply entering transactions, which
may be incorrect.

We are short-handed on the engineering side right now due to summer
vacations. I'm sorry but this does put a delay on your account for
another week.

If you are particularly concerned that your data get updated, you can
enter the transactions manually. We don't recommend this. Rather, we
recommend you sit back and relax and enjoy the summer and wait for our
engineers to fix the problem.
