A challenge in Bivio and Club Accounting Online Hello: I am doing a test run with Bivio and Club Accounting Online. (My annual maint. fee for Club Accounting is coming due and I would like to see if these make life any easier). I have transferred one clubs books to both these services from Club Accounting v 3 without a hitch, everthing looks OK. However, in the other club where I am treasurer, I attempted the same thing. In both Bivio and CAO, one member completely disappeared and I found my name associated with the missing member's units and valuation units. Did anyone else experience anything like this? If so, how can one correct/work around the problem? Interestingly enough, the same bug developed in both of the online web services I am auditioning, both Bivio and Online Club Accounting. I suspect the challenge must exist with my data--but, all along our "internal" numbers have agreed and the audits have never turned anything up whether on paper (back in the day) or computerized.
