Our club recently voted to dissolve. Distribution of member
account balances is set to occur within the next week or so.
Our Bivio subscription expires on June 8, 2007. Obviously,
we do not plan to re-subscribe. Will our club still receive
our final 1065 and K-1s as of December 31, 2007 even though
our club did not have a subscription beyond June 8, 2007?

You can do a mid-year tax return. Just click on Accounting > Taxes.
