Import from OCA missing files
I imported OK from OCA, as far as stocks and historical
transactions, and roster. BUT our extensive use of FILES
did not come over. I am pretty frustrated that all the
support response is a redirect to canned help pages, none of
which directly deal with my missing files. Is any human
being reading the emails to support? Sure doesn't seem like
it. This has been a daily back and forth since Sunday. I'm
at the end of my patience here.

When I poked around on the demo version of CA3 I didn't see
any category for file storage. Is that the problem? I sure
hope not.

If so, how can I get our files into Bivio without manually
downloading from Myiclub to my computer then uploading to
Bivio. That would be so unncecssarily time consuming.

Can someone help?

The club's files area is not included in the export file, and there is
no way to download multiple files at once from their website.
 
If you have a copy of the files on your computer, you can create a
single zip file of the documents and upload the zip file to your bivio
club. Then select the 'unzip' link next to the file to expand the
documents.
