club_cafe: Exporting your accounting into an ICF file???????

Cannot get this to compute.  My PC can't read "ICF."  There
are two of us trying to get this started from On Line
Accounting and are having major issues.  From BIVIO I went
to Help and clicked on "exporting club data" then followed
what it said to do. On the Import ICLUBcentral Club
Accounting, it says to sign-in to OCA, and go to the
accounting section and then tools.  I don't see tools on our
accounting page from On Line Accounting.  Maybe I've tried
so many times, I can't think straight.  I would really
appreciate anyone who could help me answer this issue.
Thanks a mil.  We would love to try out "BIVIO."
In CAO, use Accounting>Utilities>export accounting records.

Ira, thank you, but the problem is it automatically saves it
to an ICF file which my PC does not read. How do I get it
to accept an ICF file?

I've forwarded your message to support, and they'll get back to you
shortly.

Rob, I finally figured it out. Thanks for helping.
