New TD Ameritrade Website & AccountSync
I viewed the new TD Ameritrade website this morning and
found several changes to our account. Transactions to our
account include several "Mandatory Rounding" entries and a
$.07 addition to our account balance. My question regarding
these changes is obvious: Will AccountSync detect and
correctly enter the changes that have been made to our TDA
account?

This is all part of the fun of the Ameritrade conversion. It may be
AccountSync will recognize them. However, there were a ton errors
accessing TD Ameritrade's servers today. We'll be fixing them later
this week once the dust settles from the conversion.

As always, we'll do our best to make sure AccountSync brings in all
transactions. I suspect we'll categorize "Mandatory Routing"
entries fairly easily.

If you find that, say, in a week, your cash balance is off, and you
don't know why, email support@bivio.com, and we'll figure it out.

Cheers,
Rob
Cheers, Rob!
I knew you guys would be at your best with this latest challenge!
It will be interesting to see what AccountSync does with all of the changes.
In light of the "tons of errors" that took place accessing TDA servers
today, I think it would be helpful to all of us TDAers if you would post
highlights in the Club Cafe' of what your support team finds and corrects
this week. A few postings in the Cafe' could effectively minimize the
number of support requests you receive...thus maximizing the time needed for
the team to work on the more complicated transaction discrepancies.
Best wishes,
