Does anyone know what needs to be done to terminate an
investment club from a legal standpoint?  Does the
partnership agreement filed with the county needs to be
voided? If yes, how?  Thanks!

That would be entirely dependent on state law. You should check with each government entity with whom you registered when you began the club to determine if anything is necessary to terminate it. For the IRS (and many state tax authorities) all you have to do is check the "final return" box on the last tax return.
