withdrawn member shows up occasionally like a ghost from the past, one of our withdrawn members occausionally appears on a report. just as eerily, she can go away. what do i do about the ghost of Tammy Past? I generated the membership contributions and withdrawals from 1999, when she withdrew, and it appears to be there like every other withdrawal. deannie Gee, you mean this happens in bivio? Well, it may have been originally an imported database. Anyhow, you can probably clear it by deleting and redoing the withdrawal, making sure you use original dates and amount paid to the member. If any minor difference shows up, adjust for it, positive or negative as required, in the fee section. We need a lot of details, e.g. which reports is she showing up on and for which dates. Rob Gene Rooks wrote: > Gee, you mean this happens in bivio? Gene Rooks, Orlando thanks, gene. i did as you suggested and I think it took care of the problem. I don't know why I am on your mailing list, but I'm tired of having to delete all your stuff. Please remove me.
