club_cafe: MD Tax filing

Can any of you who know so much more than I tell me if I
have to file Maryland form 510 for the club?  The Federal is
simple with bivio and account synch.  MD 510 is only an
informational form and I am not sure it is necessary.  I did
file it last year
Thanks for the help
Assuming your club is based in MD, you do. From the instructions:

Entities Required to File. Every Maryland PTE [pass-through entity] must file Form 510, even if it has no income or the entity is inactive.

Thanks Ira.  Though I hoped otherwise, that was the answer I expected.
