When I imported data from Club Accounting 3.1 to Bivio, a
spinn off stock did not show up in Bivio. We hold shares of
the Spinoff, but it shows '0' shares in Bivio.

Can you direct me propoer way to fix this?

Hi, Frank!

I had a similar problem when I imported my CAO file to bivio.

I contacted support@bivio.com, and they took care of my import problems
within a 24 hour period.

I have been on the free 90 day trial period at bivio and I am very pleased
with everything that has taken place thus far!
