I would like some step-by-step instructions on closing the
club. I know Rip and Ira have expounded on this in the
past, but I do not have access to Better Investing articles
since we are no longer members. I have general idea, but
when is the valuation done and what date is used for
termination of the club? If anyone has the step-by-step
process, I would appreciate having it.
I have the broad picture but need the details.
