Taxes
Without weeding through the instructions for the filing
taxes, can you tell me what all I need to send in. When I
print out the Schedule D, K line 19a, K line 13d and K line
11 can I just send them in as printed our do I have to
transfer them to a special form.

If you can, print out three copies of the complete return. Keep one
for your records. Give the K1s from the others to your members. Send
the last one in to your IRS Center, which bivio should indicate during
the tax interview.

Please verify the data on the forms looks "sensible". You are the
person ultimately responsible for your taxes so you have a
responsibility to take some time to look through the returns you'll be
signing.

Might I add...

I make 3 full sets: One for my club records, one for the IRS and one for
the State. Minnesota requires that we attach the 1065 and all other forms
to the state return. My club members only get the K-1 because that's all
they need. If they want to see the rest, they can certainly ask for a copy.
No one ever does.

By full set, I mean the 1065, all K-1s and all the other little attachments
you see at the bottom of the screen, like the Schedule D, etc.

We don't handle KS returns right now. You do need to file
K-120S. Here's the link:
