Account updates and Bivio Support
Our Club uses Ameritrade. For some reason the downloads from
them have been slow and sometimes contain errors.

I'm sure with tax season in 'full bloom' the Bivio staff in
working at full capacity and getting in a lot of extra hours
and headaches.

Back in the 'old days' Bivio would alert me in the Bivio
balance wasn't the same as my brokerage balance. I could
then track down the difference and correct it. In the last
several months our account is often out of balance, but I
have not received any notices from Bivio.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Our account has not been updated from Ameritrade since
2/12/07 even though there have been @ 15 transactions. I
have emailed Bivio three times about this problem.

Has anyone had problems with Ameritrade or lack of updates
from Bivio?

Thanks, Joe
Although we have not experienced this specific issue, we
have been waiting over a week for an update from Bivio on a
few items: our taxes/K-1s and the cessation of the
AccountKeeper service.

Very unlike them in my experience, we typically got
responses in 24-48 hours.

We are experiencing a large volume of requests, and one of our key
staff has had a family emergency. This is slowing down our response
rate drammatically.

AccountKeeper is being discontinued. We now support only two
services: AccountSync and ActivePartnership. With our new OFX import
feature, you should be able to import transactions from most financial
institutions, including banks. Our hope is that this new feature
eases the transition from AccountKeeper to our supported services.

We are working on AccountKeeper audits now, and will be mailing
returns in a week or so.

We apologize for the delays in our AccountKeeper and customer
service. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thanks,
Rob Nagler
CEO
bivio Inc.
I am still unable to successfully "import ofx" as you had
described.

I emailed Support weeks ago and have had no response.

Meantime, our transactions are falling behind.

Please help,
Alicia
