Mr. Paul Moeller:

I have been trying to contact you for 2 weeks using my
newly established e-mail address (walsh_pjk@yahoo.com)
without success. I am the Treasurer for the C-Town
Capitalist Investment Club and had originally contacted you
using my wife's e-mail address (surebet4481@sbcglobal.net).
We are presently using your 90 day free trial, but, I am
quite certain that we will subscribe for your services.

You informed me on February 1st that, when I set-up the free
trial, I had sent you the wrong files (up to 7/8/02).
Because I have a transaction in 2006 that I can not get our
Iclub software to complete, I tried to contact Iclub twice
for help and they did not respond. So, on February 11th, I
sent you an e-mail informing you about this difficulty and
asking if you could complete the transaction so I can close
the club's books and print-out the tax forms for 2006. I
also attached the Club's files with that e-mail. When I sent
that e-mail, I used my newly acquired e-mail address
(walsh_pjk@yahoo.com), which may have confused you so that
you could not associate that e-mail with our original
request for the free trial because it was dispatched using
my wife's e-mail. I have also resent that e-mail to you
today, using my e-mail address.

If you can not locate those e-mails, please let me know so I
can resend our club files.

The transaction that I can not get our software to process
is the merger of Lucent (LU) with Alcatel to form Alcatel
Lucent (ALU). We had 1000 shares of Lucent which were sold
for $2.55 per share, and we acquired 195 shares of Alcatel
Lucent for $13.06 per share. This transaction happened on
Dec. 1, 2006. On Dec.18, 2006 we also received $2.66 for
fractional shares in that transaction. When I tried to
perform this transaction, Lucent is dropped from our account
but Alcatel Lucent does not show-up on our books, even
though I had established it as a new security. Can you
complete this transaction once you get our file complete?

As the administrator of our files, would you please change
my e-mail address to walsh_pjk@yahoo.com to eliminate
potential problems.

You seem to be having a problem contacting support with two different organizations. Could it be that your spam filter is at work, not letting you see the replies? I checked the log on the IClub server, and found only one request from you, which was answered.
 
I think you have many options. You could delete the entry that you made for Alcatel-Lucent, and resubmit your file to bivio, after which you could enter the merger in bivio. Or, if you like, you could send me your 2.5 file, and I will make the entry for you, and return it so you can then submit it to bivio.

We didn't receive any mails to support@bivio.com from this address.
