bivio's ex-dividend dates and dividend payout dates do not
agree with earnings.com dates.  How important is it that the
dates agree?  I see one of the dividend payout date our club
received was off by one day but the ex-dividend date was off
by one month.

The payment date isn't important (other than it be in the correct tax year), but the ex-dividend date is important. You should enter the correct date. I would check with the company directly to reconcile this disagreement.
