HOW DO I GO ABOUT DELETING MEMBERS THAT HAVE WITHDRAWN FROM
THE LIST OR PORTFOLIO.

THEY HAVE CASHED OUT LONG AGO AND I WOULD LIKE TO SLIM DOWN
THE LIST WITHOUT ALL THE UNNECESSARY INFO

 La Mig,

You don't want to delete them. You simply want to take the checkmark out of
the box on the Member and Security pages that asks if you want to "show
inactive members" or "show inactive securities." Normally, it's at the
bottom of those pages.

LA MIG,
Go to the top of this page and click on the "help" button.
Find, and click, "Change User Preferences" on the left side
of the next page . Scroll down and you will see the
following:

"Show Withdrawn Members- by default you only see the current
members of your club. When a member withdraws all his or her
money from the club, the member disappears from the Roster,
Member Summary, and other pages. Check this box if you would
like to see withdrawn and current members on these pages."

By chance, at some point did you place a check in the " show
withdrawn members" box that is located on your "roster
page"? If yes, uncheck the box and see if the withdrawn
members "disappear". Let us know what happens.
