our club has scottrade. i am participating in the 3 month
trial of bivio. I thought I had an interactive relationship
set up between my computer and bivio and scottrade.....but
the stryker dividend didn't show up on my bivio reports. i
had to manually enter it. Am I crazy but I thought that was
going to be automatic.

Unfortunately, our club hsa switched from an Edward jones
account to Scottrade and have been graciously allowed to
keep everything prior to scottrade in the EJ account. is
there any way i can eventually link to both? the EJ account
has 16 of our 16 stocks in it, we have additional shares of
stryker in our new scottrade account. IF it is not possible
to link both, I am afraid it will make more sense to hook
into the now inactive EJ account, as the bulk of dividend
activity is in that account.

bivio now offers an button to import your accounting from any broker.
Go to the Accounting > Accounts page, then click on the account you'd
like to import. You'll see an OFX gold and green button.

You need to contact Edwards Jones to find out how you can get your OFX
file. Sometimes they call this a Quicken download.

The import will not be fully automatic like our regular AccountSync
brokers, but it will avoid data entry errors.

As to the problem with a dividend being missed, you need to email
support@bivio.com so we can help you directly.

Cheers,
Rob
Thanks Rob. i'll check with ejones.

I;ll keep an eye on bivio for a while and see if the missing dividend
problem comes up again.
