Damaged file
I have been attempting to do my clubs taxes, and everything
was going well, till I clicked on 'Download the Clubs
Complete Federal Tax Document', and after waiting for the
download, a notice finally appeared that said "The file is
damaged & could not be repaired". The notice was from Adobe
Reader. I have Adobe 7.0 on my computer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I'm having the same problem today (2/4/07), and I've
contacted bivio support as recommended.

Been doing this for several years, and never had a problem
until now.

Sounds like others are also having the problem as posted a
couple of days ago.

Have you tried downloading the individual forms?

Are you running over dialup?

Rob
I don't find a way to download individual forms. It looks
like the only choices are the complete partnership return or
the K1 instructions. I tried downloading the K1
instructions and that works fine -- 13 pages in just a few
moments.

Yes, I'm using dialup.

Let me know if I'm missing something on trying to download
the individual forms.

Thanks, Sharon

This is likely the problem.

There's a checkbox at the bottom of the Accounting > Taxes page called
"Expert Taxes". Maybe we'll rename that to "Dialup Taxes". Check
that, and you'll see the list of forms enumerated including each
individual K1.

The PDF for the taxes which includes all the forms is quite large, and
it probably can't be downloaded easily over a dial up connection.
When you download the forms individually, each form is small enough to
be downloaded without timeouts.

Thanks! Problem solved. Sharon
