How do I keep my Bivio account from automatically posting
the monthly dues when they haven't paid?///

I look into the members account and see that money was
depostited when I know for sure they did not pay me that
month...

bivio doesn't have a feature that does this. Please email
support@bivio.com, and we'll help you out.
