My club just moved from club accounting to Bivio this year.
In prior years, I had to back out royalty payments we
received from Cross Timbers Royalty Trust in order to print
the K-1s because CA3 didn't handle them.

Our account is off by 4.64 due to these missing royalties -
how do I manually enter them in Bivio? They were from 2004
and 2005.

You can enter royalty income by selecting the 'income' icon on the
Accounting / Investments page, entering the ticker, date and amount
and then selecting the 'Royalty Income' from the Distribution Type
list.
