Porting with out Distributing Earnings

I ported my clubs data to bivio as of 12/31/06 but did not
do a distribution of earning due to the NAIC program
freezing everytime I attempt to do the.
I read the following :

I'm not sure how or if I need to resolve this. In NAIC is
set to do time-base.

There should be nothing you need do to resolve this. Just make sure that you have the settings set to 'time-based' in whichever program you end up using for the allocation.
