What is the K-1 report going to show me over all of the
other reports that I can get from Bivio?
Is it like a w2 form or 1099?
In very short terms, how would I discribe it to the rest of
my club?  2/3 of us (my club) are real rookies to the
investment game.

The K-1 is a tax reporting document which you must send to the IRS. You also have to give a copy to each of your members. They will use it to prepare their personal tax returns. It breaks down the income and expenses of the club into the amounts that each person will report and identifies the lines on the tax return where they will be reported.
