Can I force Account Sync retroactively?
Due to problems with our brokerage account password, our
Bivio account has not been synchronized since December 9.
Can I now "force" an update? Thank you for your help!

When your brokerage password changes, there's a notice that shows up
below the bivio logo. Click on that, and you'll be able to update
it. Your transactions will be imported the next morning, when we
import all transactions (after brokers close their books).

You can't "force" an update. If your transactions aren't in by
Monday, email support@bivio.com, and we'll help you out.
