Help! I successfully imported info to our new bivio
account. However, on the Investments page some of our
closed positions still appear as being active in the
portfolio. What do I need to do to close these securities?

Bob, are these stock ghosts showing any tiny decimal of shares owned or
value? If it were CAO, the suggestion would be to redo the final sales
transaction, making sure you kept the original date and amount of money
actually received, adjusting shares sold to whatever you show as on hand.

No, Gene! The "ghosts" appearing after the import all have
large heads and very ugly pocketbooks! ;- I double-checked
CAO closures before export/import and all were properly
accounted for. I'll explore the problem in-depth after I
recover from tonight's celebration!

This can happen with CAO. Email support@bivio.com, and we'll look
into it.
