Change in Subscription Services
I am also concerned about this change in subscription
services. We just formed a club over the last few months. It
seemed to me that BIVIO was the obvious answer and you may
still be, but this move does not seem fair or timely. To
raise the price of the basic subscription would be fair
enough, but to discontinue the service that so many were
happy with does not make a lot of sense to most from what
I'm reading, myself included.

The other problem seems to be that you only sync up with a
few of the numerous on-line trading platforms. Firstrade is
not indicated. Are there plans to broaden the base of
traders that can be used with your now new services?

Absolutely! That's one of the reasons for the change. Thanks for
letting us know which broker you use.

Bill, as I understand it, they aren't taking away your ability to continue
to utilize all the features you already have, entering manually your
transactions, etc. They indicate they are seeking other brokers to add
to the list they already have who can tie in automatically. In other
words, you now have to pay the price that includes a service you can't use
yet.

However, since this also includes Tax Printer, it is still cheaper than
using IClub's CAO with additional Tax Printer charge, so it is the best deal
financially. Gene Rooks, Space Coast Chapter

It's just that the change was rather abrupt
