Well we did it! Our Club voted to switch to bivio. I'm
excited to get started and also to earn the bivio bucks for
my family club. We want to begin our subscription in
January. Our Club does not meet in December but our monthly
dues have been collected. A couple members post date their
Dec checks for after 12/25. So I'll need to post their
deposits to NAIC acct. at that time. Should I pay for the
program now and wait to download or cross over everything in
January? What are my next steps is my questions. Thanks!

One advantage of paying for it now is that you get the expense in 2006
instead of 2007. Another advantage to pay early is related to when
your family club has to renew. If they earn the bivio Bucks now, they
can renew now.

Neither advantage is that great that you can't wait till next year.
You still get the full value of your free trial either way.

We're happy to have another bivio customer.
