How To Turn Off the Email for a Soon To Be Ex-Partner?
Fellow Bivio members,

I have a partner who is withdrawing. According to our
Partnership Agreement (PA), her resignation was accepted at
the last meeting. Her final valuation will be set with the
October 06 meeting.

So she is still officially part of our club until then. She
is still receiving the emails from the rest of the club
members.

Is there a way to just turn off her email -- so she does not
get the emails for the club -- BUT not withdraw her from the
club until we get her final valuation?

Or do you have some other solution?

Thanks

Sure. Just let her receive Emails for the next couple of weeks. What's the problem.

Rip,

I tend to concur. However, I was trying to think of an
alternative solution.

Well, the other thing that I thought was that, as you say, she is still a member of the club, and has a right to see what is going on up until that next valuation. The club's decisions up until that date can affect the amount she is paid.

Kevin,

If you click on the member, there is an option to delete (which you don't
want to do) and "take offline". This will stop their email forwarding.

Regards,

Gary

Hey Kevin,

When there's something I don't want on our public message board, or we want
to share information away from a departing member, we simply start a private
email discussion where everyone replies to all.
